Dining With Dignity- 10 Ideas to Improve the Overall Experience in Healthcare (while saving money)

challenging! Along with shrinking food budget, high food wastage, cold food,
reading/updating endless food preference lists, and now COVID, facilities have a
daily challenge at making dining amazing.
Having hands-on experience as a RD and Food Manager, Suzanne Quiring will walk through her personal journey as a frustrated Dietitian trying to improve the dining
experience for the residents, with the 1’ goal of having residents better nourished.
She will share practical ideas on how to improve the dining experience regardless of
